Helping Universities and Community Colleges Promote Student Driving Safety

We work with universities and community colleges to implement a 100% online driver risk-awareness curriculum designed to fit seamlessly into academic programs. The program helps students develop habits that increase awareness of the 20 most common factors contributing to serious or fatal motor vehicle incidents, while requiring just 10 minutes a day over 28 days. National data indicate that up to 3% of students at colleges nationwide are involved in motor vehicle incidents each year that result in injury, including fatalities. For a university or community college with 10,000 students, this translates to hundreds of students potentially affected annually. These incidents have real consequences for students, their families, and communities.

YDAAP is an educational, awareness-based program only. It is not driver training, instruction, certification, or licensure preparation and does not guarantee accident prevention or safe driving outcomes. Students remain fully responsible for all driving behavior and must comply with all applicable laws. Our program provides a practical way for institutions to support student safety, wellness, and risk awareness, with flexibility to integrate at the beginning of or during the semester.

Company Mission

To promote safe driving habits among young drivers by providing educational programs that increase awareness of the factors contributing to serious or fatal car accidents, helping students make informed choices and return home safely.

These graphs present data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on fatal car accidents for drivers aged 15 to 20, 21 to 24, and 25 to 34 from 2012 to 2022. Data for 2023 is not yet available. This information focuses solely on fatal accidents and does not include severe accidents with major injuries. It is evident that there has been no positive change, and for some age groups, fatal car accidents are increasing.
